Right off the bat...Emmett and Jennifer at awesome Hosts. The pictures of the loft do no justice – from the authentic family art, history books/paintings of Buffalo, right down to the cotton balls in the bathroom. Emmett and Jennifer thought of all you may need while away from home, in their home. Right from the warm welcome from Emmitt, my wife and I knew this was our "first" of many getaways. We truly felt romantic, and comfortable – not to mention a home away from home feeling. One less to worry in a new city was the initial breakfast, and meals, is where was Jennifer's thoughtful provision of multiple tea options, various cereals, oatmeals, to fresh fruit, milk and yogurt – TAKE THAT Extended Stay's America. The neighbourhood is developing into a quiet, friendly areas, from the convenience of a Convenient store next door, to a gas station 30 seconds away, and the highway within 5min. There are so many things to mention from the cupola, to exposed brick, fresh muffins, handwritten "Welcome" note. Even a comfortable and warm bed could not be contested (my wife just loved the number of pillows she found on one bed (me on the other hand UGH! lol). This will be our new go-to spot on my bi-monthly visits to Buffalo. Thank you Jennifer for making this warm and fuzzy, and Emmitt for your engineering skills (your gate lock lock was ingenious). Beautiful cozy hideaway loft. A good base to explore Buffalo and Niagara Falls or just stay in.Anneleise2015-07-06T00:00:00Z
This space was wonderful! Enough room to not feel on-top bedrooms decorations 2018 of each other, and (without realizing it when booking) there was a place to sit and eat breakfast. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Buffalo and looking for a hotel alternative. Easy walking distance for everywhere we needed to go. Thanks!Brooke2017-09-17T00:00:00Z
Great space really enjoyed how close to everything we wanted to do. Very private even though the owners luve downstairs. I highly recommend this place.Christina2017-09-29T00:00:00Z
When I fist saw the room, I was in awe. The place looked even better than the pictures. It was spacious, clean, quiet, and well-decorated. Jennifer and Emmet were really really nice too. They prepared cookies and milk, and many other stuff...cheese, yogurts, coffee, tea, cereals etc. Jennifer also lend me her umbrella when she saw that it was raining outside. (thanks, again!) So, look no further, if this place is not fully booked, you should stay here. Definitely my best airbnb experience so far!Phoebe2016-02-26T00:00:00Z
We loved this place - it was hard to leave! We had a good feeling when Emmett stood out in the snow and welcomed our car upon arrival. He then walked us through the apartment and its amazing features. The exposed brick walls are lovely, and the bed is very comfortable. Emmett and Jennifer have taken care of every last detail, ensuring a pleasant stay. The pantry is stocked with many cereals, tea, coffee, etc. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary milk, butter, chilled water, juices, yogurts, etc. The bathroom was similarly stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and every size of towel one might want. There are board games, a library, a DVD/VHS collection, and toy train tracks for kids. The apartment was so pleasant, we invited a friend to dine in the apartment, instead of going out. We ate the fresh muffins that welcomed us upon arrival. This apartment represents all thats great about AirBnB. Thanks to Emmett and Jennifer for all the love you put into it.Moshe2015-03-30T00:00:00Z
